1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted if:

• Product is damaged
• Product is defective
• Wrong item delivered

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

Product must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In original condition

Returns may be rejected if conditions are not met.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom photo frames may not be returned unless defective.

4. Return Process

Email support@myframe.photo with:

• Order number
• Photos & Videos of product
• Reason for return

5. Inspection

Returned products will be inspected before approval.
