Cancellation Policy
At myframe.photo, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order:
- Within 12 hours of placing the order, OR
- Before the order is shipped
To cancel, contact:

Include:
- Order number
- Name
2. Cancellation After Shipping
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
However, you may request a return after delivery (see Return Policy).
3. Cancellation by myframe.photo
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product out of stock
- Payment failure
- Pricing errors
- Fraud suspicion
Customers will receive full refunds.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Refunds will be processed within:
- 5–10 business days
